Description of our platform.
Using our platform, we and partners participating in the partner program provide access to the choosing, comparison, reservation and payment of transport chosen by the client, which are provided by the owners of transport on our platform. We are intermediaries between the client and the owner of the transport and after making the reservation we transfer all personal data to the owner of the booked transport. Our platform contains current tariffs, information about the availability of transport for booking, information and photos provided by the owners of transport and we check only the legal right to rent the transport added by the owner. We do not check all other information and we are not responsible, but we try to make our service quality and honest. In case of repeated violation of the rules of the service, we ban the owners and their transport in our system. On our platform, each client, after the completion of the rent of transport, can leave an rate and review of both the rented transport and the owner of the transport. Our platform is designed for persons who are over 18 years old.
Booking and payment.
Simultaneous booking of several transports is not possible. If you want to book several transports, then you need to book each one separately. The type of reservation is indicated on the card with the transport - “automatic reservation” or “reservation with confirmation”. If the type “reservation with confirmation” is indicated, then after the reservation is confirmed by the owner of the transport, payment must be made within 6 hours, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled. Payment for booking a transport is made online by credit card in the amount of not more than 20 percent of the total cost of renting a transport and additional services in the currency which you choose on the website or, in the absence of the possibility of accepting payment in the chosen currency, payment is made in the currency of the country of transport location or US dollars. The remaining amount for renting transport you pay when you take the transport in local currency. The exact amount to be paid will be indicated in the booking confirmation letter.
The deposit is paid in local currency in cash and / or debit card and / or credit card, depending on the conditions of the transport owners, which will be indicated on the transport’s card and in the booking confirmation letter. All conditions for tariffs and deposits are set by the owner of the transport.
Currencies and conversion rates.
All prices on the website are set by transport owners in the currency of their country.
Currency conversion is carried out at our internal rate and / or at the rate of the processing company for receiving bank cards and is updated up to six times a day. If you pay in a currency other than your card account, the conversion is carried out by the issuing bank that issued your card. Some banks and payment systems that issue their cards for payment may charge a card user a fee for using the card in a country other than the country of issue. You should study the terms and tariffs of the bank or payment company of the card issuer before payment.
Cancellation, refusal, change of reservation and refund of reservation.
Cancellation is possible at any time. If the reservation is canceled less than 10 days before the start of the rent of all types of transport, except for water and air transport, payment for the reservation is not refundable. For water and air transport, when canceling a reservation less than 30 days before the start of the rental, payment for the reservation is not refundable.
Cancellation of the transport upon receipt with a refund for the reservation is possible if the owner of the transport has provided a transport other than is indicated in the reservation, and you are not satisfied with the model of transport or transport class above. You must record the fact of non-delivery of the transport indicated in the reservation by video and / or written rejection of the transport owner. If you have not recorded the fact of non-delivery of the transport indicated in the reservation, and the owner of the transport did not confirm this at our request, then a refund for the reservation is not possible. Additional equipment and helmets are provided in a previously used condition and its condition cannot be a reason for canceling a reservation. The absence of a driver’s license or an international driver’s license, as well as the lack of a category required for driving a vehicle, may serve as the basis for refusing to conclude a contract for renting a vehicle with you legally in some countries and for some transport owners. In this case, payment for the reservation is not refunded (this item does not apply when renting a transport with a driver, pilot or captain). Any changes in the reservation are possible only through a cancellation of the reservation on the conditions specified above, and the next creation of a new reservation. Refunds are made in full, except for the commission of the system that processes payment by bank cards, and amounts to 7 percent. If you paid in a currency other than the currency of your card account, then the return occurs in the currency in which the payment was made, and the issuer of your card converts to the currency of the account.
All losses incurred by the transport owner are assigned to the client, unless otherwise specified in the contract that you conclude upon receipt transport. When concluding a contract, it is the client’s responsibility to clarify the availability of the insurance policy of the transport he has chosen, what event it applies to (damage, accident, theft, complete destruction, etc...) and what is your liability limit on them.
All materials contained on the site, such as photos, videos and texts, are protected by copyright and with full or partial copying you are fully responsible by law.

Intellectual Property Rights.
Trade name (trademark) “Transport HUB” (and exact translations into any language) is registered and belongs to the company. The software required to provide services to customers, rights to the platform and its functionality, rights to content, photos and information on the site are owned by Transport HUB LTD, UK, unless otherwise specified.
All materials contained on the site, including those added by transport owners, such as photos, videos and texts, are protected by copyright and can be used in accordance with copyright law, if provided for. Trademarks of other companies posted on the site belong to their owners and are posted with their permission and / or as part of a contractual relationship.
In case of copyright infringement, we ask you to submit an application to the support service indicating the copyright holder and the application of confirmation documents. Feedback and / or photos and videos about transport and / or transport owners belong to their authors and we do not edit them, with the exception of obscene words, if any.
We, as well as all our employees and persons working on one-time contracts and partners participating in the promotion of our services, are not liable for an amount exceeding the amount of the transport reservation specified in the order. We are not responsible for loss of profit, loss or damage to your business reputation through the fault of our company, employees or other persons who cooperate with us.
We, our employees and partners are not responsible for server failures, temporary operational downtime, as well as in cases of hacking the server and / or software.
We are not responsible for transport owners, as well as for non-refundable deposits and invoicing for damage to transport.
We are not responsible for the quality of the transport and its additional equipment, since we are not the owners of the transport and additional equipment. If you have a dispute with the owner of the transport, write about this to the support service of our company through the feedback form indicated on the site, with the video and / or photo of the transport fixing upon receipt and return, and we will help in resolving the dispute. In the case of confirmation of the fact of deception by the owner of the transport, the latter and his transport will be blocked in our system indefinitely.
Our platform cannot be regarded as a rating and evidence of the quality of services in relation to any transport owner. We, our employees and partners are not responsible for any force majeure circumstances. Further conclusion of the contract occurs immediately before receiving the transport and all responsibility lies with the company or person with whom you conclude a transport rental agreement.
These terms and conditions are governed by UK laws. Dispute resolution is carried out by correspondence through the support service. If it is not possible to reach a resolution of issues and problems, then claims shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the laws of the UK. If it is impossible to resolve the claim, the client (consumer) has the right to apply only to the UK court to resolve the dispute. In all other languages, the translation is unofficial and cannot be used to obtain any rights, including in the courts.
